Professional Services Engineer : Junior/Aspiring

Our client is a specialist provider of SaaS software.
Their products require a significant amount of customization which means they have a strong team of presales and implementation engineers.
We are looking for a junior to join the team with a strong academic background in IT and some relevant experience who is looking for a role which will lead towards customer facing IT consultancy over time.
The ideal profile will someone who can demonstrate the following background: –
A degree or equivalent in a technical discipline (Maths, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, etc) – something where you will have studied coding principles, algorithms, etc
Recent background in an IT related role – this could be helpdesk / IT Support, anything analysis focused, junior dev, etc
An analytical mindset
Strong communications skills with the ability to deal with customers at all levels
