Professional Negligence NQ - 5 Year PQE Solicitor

Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Professional Negligence Team, it is now seeking to appoint a Solicitor or Legal Executive to work on high quality cases on behalf of insurers arising from professional indemnity claims.
This is a really great opportunity to work alongside Lawyers listed in the Legal 500 who are experts in their field. You will have exposure to a full variety of cases including construction and solicitor claims.
The successful candidate will be working closely with the Partners on high value claims with the progression opportunities to manage your own case load.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in professional negligence, construction claims, commercial litigation or even a trainee solicitor who has completed a seat in professional negligence and looking for a top tier firm on qualification.

The Candidate
A Qualified Solicitor / Legal Executive
Ability to work to deadlines/targets, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
Excellent organisation and time-management skills
Professional and effective communication with individual and business contact
