Production Supervisor - Days

An excellent opportunity has arisen within this leading UK production facility for a Production Supervisor to support production at its�Birmingham site.

THE ROLE

The role of Production Supervisor will be to drive production through its Birmingham plant whilst leading and developing a small group of Team Leaders. Responsibilities include:

• Setting daily and weekly KPIs


• Running daily production meetings


• Supporting the Team Leaders


• Monitoring Health and Safety�


• Ensuring staff training is current


• Leadership


• Disciplinary activities

THE PERSON

In order to succeed in the role of Production Supervisor, ideally you will have come from a manufacturing, food production, engineering or production background. You will either be a Team Leader looking for the next step or a supervisor who wants a fresh challenge. The role of Production Supervisor requires a strong character that is confident driving KPIs and continually looking to implement change.
