WasteRecruit is collaborating with an industry-leading recycler to hire a dedicated Production/Shift Supervisor for their cutting-edge Clean-Stream� plastics recycling facility in Leamington Spa.

About the Role: As a Shift Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of a dynamic team, responsible for planning and overseeing operations to ensure top-notch productivity and safety standards. Your role will involve managing equipment, coordinating tasks, and maintaining a smooth manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and plan activities to optimize productivity.


• Maintain machinery and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.


• Conduct safety inspections and address incidents promptly.

Person Specification:

• Previous supervisory experience in a production environment.


• Excellent communication and team-building skills.


• Knowledge or experience in plastics and machinery operations.


• Strong understanding of health and safety protocols.

Shift Pattern: You'll work on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, including 2 days, 2 nights, and 4 days off.
