Production Shift Manager

Are you a Production Shift Manager, Section Manager, Area Manager, Zone Manager with experience working in a fast paced food manufacturing environment?

We are currently working with a multi-site, well established food manufacturer looking for experienced Shift Managers to join the team. Multiple shifts available, permanent days and permanent nights.

The core responsibilities of the role will be to promote H&S standards, provide support to all direct and indirect reports, promote food safety and quality in the department, control labour plans and materials, identify areas for improvement.

You will need to be a hands on, driven leader, have the ability to problem solve in a fast paced environment, communicate at all levels within the business, self-motivated, resilient, strong leadership skills, ability to coach and mentor all reports.
