Production Shift ManagerSouth YorkshireFood ManufacturingThis Shift Manager is a unique role that requires a professional who has operated in large scale food manufacturing operations and understands what good looks like.It is a role that gives you accountability, to be the go-to for everything and provide support and guidance for all departments on site.This Food Manufacturing business are well established in the South Yorkshire area, have a team of over 800 with strong future growth plans.They will be leaning on you to bring stability and performance to the shift, ensuring optimum output whilst maintaining a focus on quality, safety and engagement amongst the team.
