Are you a Senior Production Shift Manager, Front Line Manager or Production Manager looking for a new position?This role is shift based on a 4 on 4 off days and nights but still looking for a well-established manager with ideally overseeing teams upwards of 80-100 reports.We are currently working with a well-established, multi-site food manufacturer who are looking for a Production Shift Manager to join the team.You will be responsible for production planning, quality control, staff management, organising equipment maintenance, cost management, H&S compliance and implementing CI and Lean manufacturing techniques.To be successful in this role you will need to have 5+ years of experience operating at Production Shift Manager/Production Manager level. You will need to autonomous, hands on, adaptable, willing to go over and above.
