At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Production Shift Manager to work with an important company in the Cupar area.


  • Shift Patterns: Monday to Friday Dayshift (05:45-14:30) or Monday to Friday Backshift (14:45-23:30) - Flexibility required and can be discussed in further detail at interview
  • Pay Rates : From £45,000 (Monthly pay)


As a Production Shift Manger you will need to have:
PLEASE NOTE: TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE PREVIOUS FMCG EXPERIENCE IN A MANAGERIAL ROLE


  • People Management in a leadership position
  • Planning and organisational skills, and the ability to cope with a highly demanding target driven environment
  • Recruiting, conducting annual appraisals, probation & performance reviews, disciplinary and absence related formal meetings
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Food or similar manufacturing/production
  • Food Safety & Hygiene
  • Use of best practice and continuous improvement skills to ensure operational and quality targets are achieved/exceeded
  • Managing unexpected challenges and changes in priority
  • Effectively utilising coaching skills to develop other
Experience:


  • people management: 2 years (required)
  • food production/related: 1 year (preferred)
