Production Service Leader

We are looking for a Service Leader to help lead the team in our Production Unit at Gloucester Services.
As a Service Leader you will be responsible for leading shifts in your unit to ensure the team is delivering the best service to our customers and ensuring Food Safety standards are in place at all times.
Reporting directy to the Department Manager, you will:
Be a hands on member of the team to help achieve production target
Support the manager in every aspect of their role.
Take charge of the department in the manager's absence, ensuring the highest standards are maintained and improved on.
Attend the planning meetings in the managers absence.
Support the training of new and existing colleagues, ensuring that they are trained on the job and completing all training required of them.
