Production Planning Manager

Are you ready to take the lead in a dynamic and rapidly growing supply chain team? Our client is seeking a dedicated Production Manager to join their fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will oversee a small team and manage stock both at the hub and across multiple production sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee stock movement across production sites for the upcoming cycle and monitor safety stock levels.
Develop and share material forecasts with suppliers.
Conduct stock recount and reconciliation for each production site at month end.
Lead process improvement projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and co-packers.
Provide daily leadership and development to your team.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
Graduate-level education or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in a planning role within a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Experience in team management.
Highly numerate with strong attention to detail.
Effective stakeholder management skills at various levels.
Strong IT skills; SAP experience is a plus.
Compensation:
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + bonus and benefits.
