Production Planner

The successful Production Planner will be responsible for:

• Oversee, organise, adapt, and oversee the manufacturing plan for a designated production line within the factory.
• Ensure adherence to key milestones throughout the product lifecycle and assume accountability for ensuring a smooth production launch process.
• Skilfully manage customer expectations while optimizing production capabilities.
• Regularly assess line performance and effectively communicate any arising issues to the management team.
• Coordinate with production control to address line-related issues such as shortages, prioritization, escalations, and opportunities for enhancements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance on-time delivery and elevate service levels for our clientele.
• Utilise MRP consistently to streamline both upstream and downstream processes.
• Champion change initiatives and propose enhancements to existing procedures.

The successful Production Planner will have:

• �Experience within a similar role within a manufacturing environment
• An Understanding of production processes, capacity planning, inventory management, and supply chain dynamics
• A proactive approach and drive continuous improvement
• Excellent organisational skills and strong IT skills, in particular MS Excel.
