Production Operatives

We are working with a well known Polymer Production company with their Extrusion and Production Operative positions in Hartlepool .Duties will includeOperate the equipment as trained.Report any equipment issues to the management and maintenance team immediately.Maintain the working environment to the recognized acceptable standards at all times.Ensure the daily performance and stoppage reports are completed accurately and returned as required.Ensure the KPI (key performance Indicator) targets are met and where possible surpassed.Work collaboratively with the team including colleagues from all shifts.Show flexibility by working on multiple areas when asked to undergo the relevant training.Work to strict health and safety proceduresEXPERIENCE/BACKGROUNDExperience in one of the following disciplines would be desirableExtrusion operativeWash line OperativeBaler OperativeSorting line Operative (Picking)FLT loading containersFLT clamp truck operativeBobcat or bucket shovel driverExcellent English, written and oral (essential)Shifts- Days- 12 hour shiftSalary between £10.72 and £12.40 per hour depending on Job role
