Production Operatives

We are working with a well known Polymer Production company with their Extrusion and Production Operative positions in Hartlepool .

Duties will include

• Operate the equipment as trained.
• Report any equipment issues to the management and maintenance team immediately.
• Maintain the working environment to the recognized acceptable standards at all times.
• Ensure the daily performance and stoppage reports are completed accurately and returned as required.
• Ensure the KPI (key performance Indicator) targets are met and where possible surpassed.
• Work collaboratively with the team including colleagues from all shifts.
• Show flexibility by working on multiple areas when asked to undergo the relevant training.
• Work to strict health and safety procedures 

EXPERIENCE/BACKGROUND

Experience in one of the following disciplines  would be desirable 

• Extrusion operative
• Wash line Operative
• Baler Operative
• Sorting line Operative (Picking)
• FLT loading containers
• FLT clamp truck operative
• Bobcat or bucket shovel driver
• Excellent English, written and oral (essential)

Shifts- Days- 12 hour shift

Salary between �10.72 and �12.40 per hour depending on Job role
