Position: Junior Nut Roaster
Pay: £11.44

My client is a family-oriented company looking for a reliable Junior Nut Roaster to join the team. If you have a good technical understanding, experience with machinery, and can handle physical tasks, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
" 70% Roasting Operations:
" Operate and maintain roasting equipment for nuts, seeds, and snacks.
" Handle heavy lifting required in the roasting process.
" Produce flavourings and mix ingredients as per recipes.
" Keep the roasting room clean according to schedules.
" Maintain traceability records.
" 20% Packing Assistance:
" Assist in the packing area with packing orders, making up boxes, labelling, shelving finished products, and stock rotation.
" Keep the packing area clean and tidy, especially at the end of the day.
" Prepare pallets for dispatch.
" 10% Ad-hoc Duties:
" Assist directors with various requests.
" Participate in cleaning and maintenance tasks in the factory.
Qualifications:
" Good technical understanding and experience with machinery.
" Ability to lift to 25KG.
" Experience in a food environment is a bonus.
" Fluent in reading and writing English.
Working Hours:
" 7am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
