Production Operative

We are recruiting on behalf of our esteemed client in the food industry for a dedicated and meticulous Production Operative. This exciting opportunity is based in Farnham and offers a temporary to permanent position for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain production machinery
Ensure high standards of quality and attention to detail in all tasks
Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment
Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
Perform quality checks and report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor
Assist in the packing and labelling of finished products
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the production area
Requirements:

Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards
Strong team player with excellent communication skills
Positive can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of health and safety practices
