Forte Recruitment Solutions are looking for a Machine/Production Operative to join our clients warehouse in outskirts of the Andover area.

Please can you tell me a little more about the company?
The client that is based on the outskirts of Andover run a production line and are looking for someone to join their team. They have a very hardworking ethic, but their warehouse is really clean and they take time in their work and love what they do. There is a lovely bubbly energy around the warehouse and is a wonderful place to be.

So, what is the money like?
Our client is looking at paying £11.44 - £17.16 per hour plus overtime.

That all sounds good, but what hours have I got to work?
For the successful Machine/Production Operative, the client is asking you to work Monday – Friday 8.30am-5pm (no weekends) with 30 min lunch break.

Okay, so what will I need to do?
As part of the Machine/Production Operative role, you will have the following responsibilities,
- Ensuring the running of the machines is going smoothly and that the machine has enough equipment to be able to run (such as labels, packaging materials etc)
- If the machine stops running smoothly, you are able to turn the machine off safely in order to be able to fix the machine and get it running again.
