Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our client's team as an Outdoor Operative. The successful candidate could be responsible for picking trees from our fields, loading them onto trailers, and transporting them back to our farm. Once at the farm, the trees will be graded using machinery and hand grading, packaged, and treated as necessary, you could be involved in any of these processes.
A forklift ticket or PA1 training is desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Picking trees from fields
Loading trees onto trailers
Transporting trees back to the farm
Grading trees using machinery and hand grading
Packaging and treating trees as necessary
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not essential
Ability to work outdoors
Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
