Production Operative

Prestige Recruitment's Trades Department are currently representing a fantastic client based in the HU9 area, our client are looking to strengthen their work force with the addition of UPVC Construction operatives.

Our Client are one of the most established commercial manufacturers of UPVC windows and doors supplying to the construction, caravan and modular building industry working on the delivery of projects. Due to expanding orders we are now looking for UPVC Construction Operatives to work as part of our busy manufacturing team.

UPVC CONSTRUCTION OPERATIVES - Days

Starting rate of pay £11.44 - £12 per hour with overtime rate

• 40 hours per week
• Full time
• 4 day working week Monday - Thursday
• Ongoing work
• Full training given
• permenant contracts available

Job Role

• Assembling frames
• Assembling windows and doors
• Fitting accessories such as handles and hinges.
• Glazing, beading and gasketing

Personal Qualities

• Health and safety conscious
• High standard for quality
• Good time keeping, attendance and reliable
• Ability to work well individually as well as in a team
• Flexible and self-motivated
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Must have experience with hand tools and power tools
