Production or machinery experience required

The Company

Our client is a worldwide distributor of high-quality bottled water. Due to business expansion, they are now recruiting Machine Operator/Production Operator.

Location: Armathwaite- CA4

Hours of work

Shift: 4 on 4 off shift 12h Shift (ROTATING SHIFT)

06:00-18:00 & 18:00-06:00 4 on 4 off rotating shifts so must be able to work days, nights and weekends as per shift roster.

Pay Rates

Day shifts 06:00-18:00:

Ø  Monday to Friday rate     £12.20 p/h

Ø  Saturday & BH rate      £18.30 p/h

Ø  Sunday rate      £24.40 p/h

Ø  Overtime rates are applicable on rest days at £18.30 p/h (Mon-Sat) and £24.40 p/h (Sun)

Night shift 18:00-06:00:

Ø  Monday to Friday rate     £14.64 p/h

Ø  Saturday & BH rate      £20.74 p/h

Ø  Sunday rate      £26.84 p/h

Ø  Overtime rates are applicable on rest days at £20.74 p/h (Mon-Sat) and £26.84 p/h (Sun)

The Role

• Working in a fast-paced, modern manufacturing environment
• Operating and maintaining large pieces of plant and equipment
• Working with a close team of other operators to maximise line efficiency
• Reacting to line stoppages and resolving them accordingly
• Working safely and ensuring high-quality standard are met
