Kickstart Production Operations Executive job summary:
Assist in the smooth running of the production kitchen operations:
– check all kitchen and store room opening and closing controls take place, ensuring all paperwork is kept up to date
– check and record all deliveries in an accurate and timely manner
– make sure all stock (both raw ingredients and finished product) is correctly labelled and stored appropriately, moving stock between kitchen and store rooms as needed.
Assist in the bi-weekly Pick and Pack (P&P) operation, which will include:
– assembling delivery boxes
– labelling and packing customer deliveries, with special attention to customer experience
– ensuring customer deliveries are safely handed over to DPD for despatch
You will learn:
– the key processes and controls essential for running a production kitchen
– key project management skills
– data and information handling and computer literacy
– quality assurance and factors which will impact customer service
– key food hygiene and safety standards
