Production Night Shift Manager

Alexander Steele continue to work in partnership with this market leading Food Manufacturer based in London who have grown consistently year on year for the last 5 years with growth projected to continue for the next 5.
Due to the ongoing success & significant investment, the business now requires a high performing Production professional to join the senior management team as a Production Night Shift Manager, salary is up to £65k and this role will operate on a permanent nights basis.
You will have will full oversight of the whole of Production when on shift and will report into the Head of Operations.

You must have a high level of people management experience within Production or Operations within Food Manufacturing, this is a must have.
Knowledge of driving & implementing a C.I/Lean culture
