Production Manager - West Sussex - up to £60,000 + Benefits - Ref 1615I am currently recruiting for a Production Manager to work for an engineering organisation based in West Sussex. Salary up to £60,000 + Benefits.The organisation is supplying their products to clients worldwide within their specialist market and have been established for over 20 years.Due to growth within the organisation, they have the need to appoint a Production Manager on a permanent basis.In this role as a Production Manager, you will be a key member of the management team and will be managing all aspects of Production. You will be responsible for overseeing a small team of assemblers, polishers & machinist. The focus of this position is to streamline & improve the Production process using lean techniques, you will also be implementing new production lines as the company continues to grow and expanding its product offering. This role will continue to grow & develop for years to come & give the right candidate an opportunity to put their stamp on a company that has been in operations for 20 years.Requirements:A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Production ManagerImplemented new production linesLean or KaizanMechanical biasedThis is a rare and exciting opportunity for a Production Manager to join a very prestigious company.
