Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for a Production Manager to work with one of their well-established and very successful clients who specialize in luxury natural stone.
Principle Responsibilities for the Production Manager:
* Oversee daily operations of the factory to ensure production targets are met efficiently.
* Manage and coordinate the activities of the production team, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
* Develop and implement production schedules and workflows.
* Monitor and analyze production data to identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks.
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and industry standards.
Person specification:
* Proven experience as a Production Manager in a manufacturing or factory environment.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Knowledge of production planning and quality control principles.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
This is a full-time permanent Production Manager position, offering an annual salary of £45,000 - £50,000 plus annual company benefits to include 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, pension scheme, discount scheme on all company products, and free car parking.
