Production Manager

Our client is a leading design/production studio, specialising in Brand Activation and Installation projects for some of the biggest global brands. They are able to control all aspects of the production process in-house including carpentry, spray painting, metalwork, model making and scenic work.They’re now looking for a new Production Manager, to join the team.The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years’ experience working within a production field, managing projects through the production process. In particular, the ability to oversee timelines, budgets and management of freelancers is essential.Job RoleStrategically manage the production and delivery of projects from window displays, pop-ups, press events and one-off installationsCoordinate the build approach, costs and production scheduleEffectively allocate the required labour and materials resources requiredBrief departments and monitor production standardsWork closely with the technical department, to establish build approach, material and installation methods are featured on drawingsManage and reduce any foreseeable risks that may ariseAttend Production meetings and issue reportsAssist with the planning of installations and logisticsSkills and ExperienceExcellent knowledge of the build processFlexible and agileAble to work within tight timelinesLevel headed and able to review risk within projectsAble to work across multiple projects simultaneouslyHappy to work individually, but also drive a teamIf you don’t see a role for you, still send us your CV because new opportunities arise all the time and you might just be what our client is looking for.
