Role Overview:

As the Production Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our client's manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, from planning and scheduling to quality control and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the production team to ensure the timely and efficient manufacture of steel components and frames.


• Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demands and maximize resource utilization.


• Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the production process, implementing corrective actions as necessary.


• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction, driving initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.


• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the production environment.


• Collaborate with other departments, including engineering and logistics, to optimize workflows and streamline operations.

• Proven experience in a production management role within the manufacturing sector, preferably in steel construction.


• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.


• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.


• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality assurance practices.


• Flexibility to work overtime.�
