Are you a Production Manager from a hardware manufacturing background or similar, who is looking to join an innovative and forward thinking company, with plenty of opportunity to develop and an immediate start?
In this role you will head up production within a fast paced manufacturing facility, mentoring and training staff to increase production and reduce costs. You will also be tasked with assuring quality levels are maintained, in this Monday to Friday, site based role.
The company is a household name in the security industry, and boasts 100 years of successful trading as a company. They are in a period of sustained growth, and are looking for a production manager to join their team on a quick turn around, to move straight into the role.
The Role:

• Oversee Production department within a fast pace manufacturing facility
• Train, develop and mentor staff, to assure production levels are maintained, cost is reduced and quality doesn't slip
• Monday to Friday, site based role

The Person:

• Production Manager or similar
• Manufacturing background
• Available immediately
