Production Manager

This is an excellent opportunity to join a site going through growth and change, operating in the chilled food sector they are a leader in their field and due to internal restructures they have an opportunity for an experienced Production Manager to join the team heading up the afternoon shift.�

The successful individual must be able to demonstrate that they have led large teams, driving performance and improvement and most importantly driving change and new ways of working. You must have experience of working within a chilled food environment, ideally within protein and working with retail�customers.

The site is changing its ways of working so somebody that has gone through this change programme previously would be preferred but its not essential. You must be comfortable setting KPI's, reviewing performance and regularly updating senior management on progress.�
