Salary - �40,000 UP TO �45,000 DOE

Permanent Role

Hours of Work - Monday to Friday ( 8:30am until 4:30pm )

The client is looking for a strong character that will drive forward the production process in this new role, build relationships with all key stake holders and staff. Some one with a calm positive demeanour and a positive mannerism to over come all obstacles. Someone who will lead from the front, motivate the team to follow their lead.

Main Duties,

• Lead and manage direct reports - two shift managers

• Attainment of production plans - driving line performance & final pack attainment

• Responsible for staff training - moving the team forward with positive change

• Responsible for staffing, Labour KPI's and recruitment

• Assess and review staff performance.

• Production Pack outs & hourly reporting of line figures

• Flexibility to move working patterns to accommodate the needs of the business ( covering shift managers when required)
