Description

• Supervise and guide the production department
• Implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
• Oversee production processes and adjust schedules as needed
• Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programmes
• Coordinate with different departments for smooth operations
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental guidelines
• Manage budget and production resources efficiently
• Report to senior management on production activities and issues

Profile

A successful Production Manager should have:

• A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field would be beneficial
• Proven experience in a leadership role within an industrial / manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
• Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
• Exceptional communication, organisational, and leadership skills
