Production Manager vacancy based in North London

You will be working for a well-established and highly respected manufacturer of high-quality, specialist products. About the Production Manager job The purpose of your role will be to coaching and develop of the team, and establishment of strict operational protocols and attend regular key meetings and be involved in wider business planning.

Ability to motivate and develop team members.

About You The successful candidate shall have a strong proven track record in a similar role & environment within an automated or semi-automated manufacturing environment as well as experience operations and NPD processes and excellence in food safety, traceability recording and other high-level working practices.

The Production Manager job is based in North London and is paying £45,000 - £56,000 according to your experience.
The business operates 3 shifts over 24 hours and the Production Manager hours will be flexible around this setup.
