Production Machine Operator

Exciting opportunity for Production Machine Operators in the Rothley Leicester area.

Join our dynamic team at our client’s site in Rothley Leicester, where we are looking for a dedicated production Machine Operator, this is your chance to be a part of a thriving operation working on a 4 on 4 off rota.

Payrate and hours:

-          4 on 4 off, working 2 days 06:00-18:00 and 2 nights 18:00-06:00

-          Paying £14.48ph

Job Responsibilities:

-          Maintain a continuous flow of the packing machines.

-          Changing products on the machines

-          Loading on the reels to continue the flow of production.

-          Resolve any machine issues.

-          Quality check products coming down the line.

-          Ensure the work area is tidy around you for health and safety.

Candidate requirements:

-          Experience within a production/manufacturing background

-          Being able to work as part of a team.

-          Have good communication skills.

This role offers a temp to perm opportunity with the possibility of securing a permanent contract after 12 consecutive weeks.
