Production Line Leader

We are now recruiting for a Production Line Leader on a full time, temporary to permanent basis at our clients depot in Meldersham .
Salary: £28,200 per annum
Location: Mendlesham Suffolk
Job Description
To effectively motivate a team of people to meet production targets.
To effectively maximise production efficiency to ensure plan is met on an hourly/daily basis.
Effectively use the onsite IT and Warehouse Management Systems
To promote best practice in accordance with company health and safety regulations
To ensure all paperwork and systems are completed and accurate in accordance with company procedures.
To ensure that all areas comply with safe systems of work, health and safety and any other required process
To attend Line Leader meetings
Actively strive for operational improvements.

Skills and Attributes
The ability to consistently reach and exceed targets on several lines throughout the operations.
The ability to communicate effectively to the Production Controller issues relating to the task.
The ability to work unsupervised.
Experience working on a Production Line.
Works well in a team
