Production Line Leader / Team Leader
Based: Oldham
Due to growth and new production lines / volumes being installed. A leading FMCG manufacturing business in Oldham is currently seeking a Production Line Leader to join their team on the night shift. The purpose of this role is to lead a team of Production Operatives to maximise the quality, service and efficiency of the production line at all times. 
We will consider any similar manufacturing or warehouse / distribution experience as full training and on-boarding is given. Ideally you will have experience of either of leading or supervising a team or experience of taking the lead on a particular project. As long as you have a pro-active attitude and high quality standards, we want to speak to you! 
Hours / Shift:
Monday to Thursday, 9pm – 6am 
Friday, 7pm-3am 
40 hours per week
This is a highly successful and well established business who continue to grow, and as such this role has the opportunity for progression to Section Manager in the future.  
 
Summary of core responsibilities: 

• Promote effective working relationships 
• Maintain company standards – Hygiene & quality 
• Responsible for ensuring all relevant paperwork is accurately completed 
• Report Health and Safety issues and follow up when required. 
• Prepare and conduct regular audits 
• Ensure adequate skills are available and maintained 
• Must drive line efficiency's and continually improve waste
