And find satisfaction in doing your part to make the world a better place.Main responsibilities will include:Coordinating with the Operational Team Leader to ensure operational performance of the team to achieve planned manufacturing volume targets.Ensuring all products are manufactured as specified within the Quality system and organising corrective action to maintain product quality standards.Managing manufacturing waste levels within budgeted levels.Ensuring associates comply with Health and Safety, Environmental, and GMP standards.Providing appropriate training to associates and maintaining compliance with company and regulatory requirements.Planning production needs to implement manufacturing schedules.Motivating and involving all line members in promoting a "Team" approach.Ensuring effective communication between incoming and outgoing line teams.Participating in manufacturing team meetings and discussions.Supporting Continuous Improvement initiatives and activities.Liaising closely with appropriate Technical support to maintain a proactive team approach.Undertaking any other reasonable tasks/requests to achieve overall Plant objectives.Reporting to the Operational Team Leader of the shift, you will be responsible for coordinating all activities associated with a specific line team, with the aim of meeting the budgeted manufacturing objectives.Generous benefits include:Matched contribution Pension scheme up to 10% of salaryLife assurance and critical illness coverPrivate Medical InsuranceShare save scheme - matched up to £150/monthReward & recognition scheme linked to Health and Safety and Continuous ImprovementEmployee Assistance Program, supporting physical, mental, and financial wellbeingFlexible benefits including cycle to work schemeSubsidised canteenFree car parking24 days holiday (25 after 5 years)With this role, you will receive an impressive 48% Shift premium on top of a highly competitive salary.
