Production Line Leader

Location: Out skirts of Mansfield, Nottinghamshire - must be able to drive

Hours of work: Monday – Friday, 6:30am until finish

(Must be flexible with hours up to 6pm and Saturday working)

Pay : £11.72 per hour

Our client has had an increase in business and are looking to expand their team!

Responsibilities include:

• Liaise with Packhouse Supervisors and Production Supervisors.

• Coordinating production line workflow to meet the orders.


• Planning and prioritising workload to ensure maximum performance and minimum downtime.


• Monitoring line speed and addressing issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption to production


• Ensuring all related company procedures are adhered to.


• Keeping relevant paperwork up to date.


• Proactively support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles.


• Maintaining a high standard of house keeping


• Ensure the appropriate PPE is worn within the packing area

Skills and experience:

• The successful candidate will ideally have a production background.


• Ability to work well under pressure and to think outside the box.


• Own transport is essential due to location of the company.


• Flexibility with working hours.
