Production Field Operative

One of our clients are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join them in maintaining a beautiful nursery.Responsibilities:Planting, re-bedding, and moving plants in preparation for saleWorking outdoors in the fields throughout the dayWillingness to get dirty and perform physically demanding tasksAbility to follow instructions and work efficientlySalary: 12 per hourHours:Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PMFriday: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PMRequirements:Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethicWillingness to work outdoors in various weather conditionsAbility to work well in a team environmentDriving is preferred, but not mandatoryMust be willing to undergo training and learn new skills, including operating tractors and other machineryAdditional Information:Candidates will have the opportunity for training and advancement within the companyHeadphones are permitted as long as they do not interfere with job performanceA brief meeting the day before the start date is required to familiarize candidates with the site and staffIf you're ready to roll up your sleeves and join a dynamic team passionate about plants and outdoor work, we want to hear from you!
