Overview of the Role:
Develop prototypes for new designs, overseeing component procurement, assembly, and testing.
Provide support to the production team by offering design documentation.
Drive improvements in manufacturing processes to enhance quality, reduce lead time, and cut costs.
Offer technical support in resolving process-related challenges.
Implement corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
Key Skills Required:
