Description

  • Evaluating manufacturing processes and equipment to identify areas of improvement.
  • Developing innovative solutions to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Collaborating with the Engineering & Manufacturing team to implement process changes.
  • Maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conducting risk assessments and implementing safety measures.
  • Creating process documentation to ensure consistency.
  • Training staff on new processes and procedures.
  • Liaising with suppliers and customers to improve product quality.

Profile

A successful Process Engineer should have:

  • A degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proficiency in process simulation and risk assessment.
  • Excellent knowledge of manufacturing best practices and industry regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
