Production Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Production Coordinator to join my clients team. The Production Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the production process, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring that production goals are met. This is a key role in the organization, and we are looking for someone who is reliable, efficient, and has a strong mechanical knowledge. Responsibilities: - Coordinate and oversee the production process from start to finish - Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow - Schedule and prioritize production tasks based on deadlines and resources - Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed - Train and supervise production staff - Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards - Maintain accurate production records and reports Experience: - Previous experience in a similar role as a Production Coordinator or related position - Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of production processes - Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools - Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written If you are a motivated individual with a passion for coordinating production processes, we would love to hear from you.
