Production Coordinator – BeddyByes

Experienced production coordinator required immediately to join our award winning team on our current production of BeddyByes. The production coordinator will work closely with the production management team and teams across all aspects of the CG and animation pipeline to ensure the smooth running of all production elements. Tasks will include creating and maintaining asset and animation databases and trackers, scheduling and attending team meetings and assisting IT with pipeline.
This role is hybrid, based in Belfast, Northern Ireland and is open to UK & Irish residents. Responsibilities Report directly to the Production Manager.
Assist with asset tracking and animation tasks
Collaborate closely with CG, layout and animation teams, individual artists and external production companies if required.
Complete tasks assigned by Production Manager, Producers and senior staff.
Assist Series Director, CG Asset and Animation teams
Management of weekly asset assignments and deliveries
Asset tracking and project updates
Internal reviews of assets and animation passes.
Assist with broadcaster deliverables.
Assist with IT support and troubleshooting. Requirements: Good understanding of the 3D animation pipeline and strong IT skills.
Attention to detail, problem solving ability and taking direction in order to work in a collaborative environment
Previous experience in CG production & management softwares
Excellent communication and organisation skills to manage individuals and teams.
Integrity in dealing with confidential information and material.
A working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet softwares (e.g. word, excel, google docs).
Knowledge of production tracking Softwares
Ability to prioritise and organise tasks accordingly.
