Working with an exciting biotechnology establishment, we are looking to introduce production associates to their hard-working, rapidly growing team. Backed by world class investors, this is a business who are continuing to expand within a new sector in sustainability. With state-of-the-art equipment in place and exceptional projects underway, this is a great opportunity for anyone who is looking to take a step into a new challenge!

Responsibilities:

• Being hands-on within our production site


• Working alongside Biology and Operations teams to ensure the site runs to its maximum potential with high levels of hygiene


• Documenting processes and identifying areas for continuous improvement


• Monitoring systems to ensure running optimally

What we are looking for:

• Hard-working, proactive individuals who want to drive change and make a positive impact


• Not put-off by getting your hands dirty


• Prior experience working in Farming / Agriculture / Food Manufacturing / FMCG
