Production Assistant

Great opportunity for a Fashion graduate to join a leading fashion retailer who are seeking a Production Assistant to join there Buying and Merchandising team .

This role will be focused on providing administration support within our Buying and Merchandising department, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience within Retail Head Office

Job Duties include

• Enter purchase orders on the system and amending Purchase orders for revision of delivery dates etc. on the system.


• Keep spreadsheet of purchase order values up to date for all main vendors.


• Issue confirmation of order placements to suppliers


• Communication and provision of supply chain visibility through verbal and written communication


• Management of relevant critical path stages ensuring the system is kept up to date.

Essential Skills:

• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft packages in particular word and excel


• In addition you will be a good communicator and possess excellent organisation skills.
