⏲️ Part Time - 3/4 days a week with reduced hours

One of our long standing clients manufacturing businesses in Aylesbury are looking for a part time Administrator / Stock Controller to join the production department:

Role Requirements:

Booking stock in - using an cloud based platform

Checking correct items have been delivered against delivery notes

Inputting batch numbers

Picking stock for orders

Booking out stock using the system

Stock checking

Assisting with booking travel requirements

Procurement - Ordering of stock/ materials from existing suppliers.

Create & Maintain Bill of Materials.

Creation of Production schedules.

Welcoming clients/suppliers to site. Offering refreshments.

General admin tasks as required

General housekeeping within the office and floor space as and when required.

To be considered for this position you would need similar experience previously within a production or manufacturing environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for work flexibility around their home life. There will be opportunities for the role to go full time if requested in the future.

Hours - Flexible part time hours considered across 3/4 days

Salary - Pro rata dependant on hours worked

Holiday - Pro rata dependant on hours worked
