For our Cycling, Running, Triathlon and custom programmes, we're looking for aProduct Travel Administratorto join our existing product teamto verify, load and manage product on our online booking platform. This role will involve liaising with our international teams in ourUK, US and Australia based offices.
This is a varied, hands on role and on a typical day you will;
Work alongside the product, operations & sales teams to ensure product is loaded & managed on the online booking system.Review & sense check all product before upload to the booking system.Review content issued by product managers on Content Management System (CMS) to ensure consistencyAssist with inventory managementEnsure best practice is achieved in all processesBe proactive with potential improvements on BESTEnsure all product is appropriately loaded & correct including pricing & content usedLiaise with system developers to report any faults & bugs in various systems via JiraCommunicate any delays to the relevant team members & departmentsAssist the operations team with delivery of product by ensuring any required reports are availableSupport Product Managers with updates for trading meetings & any ad hoc support tasksTo be successful within this role, our ideal candidate will:
Have outstanding numerical, spelling & grammar skillsHave greatattention to detailThe abilityto prioritise workload while working within multiple projects & to deadlinesPossess strong organisation skillsHave theability to analyse dataHave strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including; Word, Outlook and demonstrating Intermediate to advanced Excel skillsPossess excellent communication skills both verbal & written
