Job Title: Product Training Specialist / Sales Enablement TrainerLocation: Home Based (with travel)Salary/Rate: Up to £500 Inside IR35Start Date: 1.6.2024Job Type: 3-6 month contractThe Role:Our Trainer is responsible for the design and delivery of key sales enablement activities, identified to support the development of our Enterprise, Public Sector and SME sales teams within the Customer Division. Our Trainer will be multi-skilled and versatile and work across product, sales and marketing proposition and insight.They will work closely with Business Stakeholders to ensure that design and delivery of the sales enablement are of a high quality, supports the business messages, demonstrating clear knowledge transfer which can be reported back to the business to deliver performance.This role will achieve its purpose by:Acting as a trusted business advisor with project stakeholders ensuring learning development design encompasses clear requirements, engaging role specific content, and outputs/measures.Working closing with the Optimisation Lead to ensure the enablement is leveraging all the right resources (people, processes, materials, and tools) across the Business.Understanding the relevant business environment and ambitions and engaging business stakeholders in providing strategic learning and development items aligned to the business agenda.Driving a culture of learning and development within the business and influence the sales enablement agenda, utilising all aspects of the learning cycle to deliver targeted solutions inclusive of skills capability and up skilling.Identifying effective solutions and manage costs / budgets in line with Project Budgets.Where possible, ensuring Kirkpatrick's Four Levels of Training evaluation, levels 1-4 are embedded through the enablement and uses output data as part of the continuous improvement cycle.Key Responsibilities:Play a key role in the delivery of dynamic learning solutions, aligned to objectives and success criteria.Planning, designing, developing, and implementing the learning solution.Develop, and deliver learning interventions as required to support the sales teams.Drive a Learning culture to help sales colleagues be accountable for their own learning.Be comfortable presenting on and communicating approach, design, plans and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels.Deliver Training to Operational stakeholders. This will involve creation of Lesson Plans, Training Content, & any necessary resources.Essential Skills:Ability to instantly draw on a wide bank of knowledge and theories, both current and future. Can practically apply Adult Learning Theory to solution design, including (but not limited to) Kolb's Learning Cycle, Bloom's Taxonomy of Learning and 70:20:10.Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience of establishing and maintaining relationships.Able to influence overall project direction and share informed opinion on learning / skills gap analysis, and industry best practices. Adept at measuring learning program effectiveness and identifying opportunities to continually improve programs.Ability to build trust quickly and adapt personal style to the variety of different people and situations that they will come across in the organisation. Ability to manage conflicting priorities, stakeholder and colleague expectations whilst maintaining rapport.Commercially focused with a track record of delivering learning projects which have a measurable impact on business results, within budget and time constraints. Commercially astute and results oriented.Independent and goal-oriented with the enthusiasm to contribute to thecompany's goals through a collaborative team-oriented approach.Consultancy mindset to ensure the right solution is identified, designed, and delivered. Experience of user-led experience design work that embeds and sustains behavioural change.Proactive initiative-taker with an insatiable desire to deliver innovative, market leading learning for the business. Enthusiastic and organised with a "can do" attitude.Experience of delivering multichannel / cross divisional learning projects.
