Product Support Specialist

Are you ready to take your career to the next level with a successful and expanding manufacturing business? Look no further! We are currently seeking a talented individual to support the After Sales Service Manager with after sales customer repairs and service.

Duties will include:

• After sales customer support, some travel in the UK and occasionally overseas may be required


• Support the sales team when required


• Attend national and international exhibitions


• Assist in selling companies products�


• Build positive relationships with customers


• Visit customers to conduct training on machine installations, presentations to customers


• Report on competitor activity, customer feedback


• Provide out of hours support when required

Experience/skills required:

• Previous engineering experience�


• Aftersales customer focussed experience�


• Presentation skills


• Account Management/sales experience�

Hours of work:

08.00 - 17.00 Monday - Friday�

31 days holiday including bank holidays, Xmas shutdown, health insurance, uniform�
