The Product Support Engineer will be responsible for�complex electro-mechanical medical devices. Providing technical support to customers in Hospitals and Research Facilities in Europe. You will report out of the workshop in Oxford and travel to Europe to visit customers roughly 25-50% of the time.

You will be responsible for carrying out on-site service, repairs, maintenance, installations, troubleshooting, calibration, software/hardware upgrades and more. As well as completing all relevant documentation and ensure product reliability, quality and availability is maintained.

To be considered for the Product Support Engineer role you will have:

• HND or equivalent in an Engineering discipline.


• Industry experience servicing, repairing, and testing medical or other complex critical devices.


• Hands-on experience with a broad range of test equipment, including oscilloscopes, analyzers, and data loggers.


• Happy to travel in Europe to carry out servicing or other device maintenance activities as required.


• Must live in commutable distance to Oxford and happy to travel to Oxford when not in Europe.


• UK/EU drivers licence & valid passport.


• Ability to speak a European language would be a bonus.
