Product Support Engineer�
The Product Support Engineer will be responsible for�complex electro-mechanical medical devices. Providing technical support to customers in Hospitals and Research Facilities in Europe. You will report out of the workshop in Oxford and travel to Europe to visit customers roughly 25-50% of the time.
You will be responsible for carrying out on-site service, repairs, maintenance, installations, troubleshooting, calibration, software/hardware upgrades and more. As well as completing all relevant documentation and ensure product reliability, quality and availability is maintained.
