No project is the same, offering you a unique and dynamic work experience.Responsibilities:Create engaging tutorial videos using screen recordings and AI voiceovers.Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to promote the product effectively.Bug test the platform and mobile apps to ensure seamless user experience.Write comprehensive software documentation to assist users.Assist customers and provide basic support, guiding them through the platform.Keep the product changelog up to date, contributing to its continuous improvement.Work on website content to enhance the user experience.Contribute to shaping the future development of the product.To excel in this role, you should possess an energetic and proactive attitude. Being highly organised and self-motivated is crucial as you will have the opportunity to run your day the way you want.Our client is looking for someone with a minimum of 1 year of previous work experience. While a technical background is not mandatory, you should have the willingness to learn and thrive in a technical product environment.
