They provide a range of valve, instrumentation & flow control solutions across the UK and Europe and due to growth and development, they look to appoint a product specialist for valves in Whetstone, Leicester.The RoleAs a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with customers and suppliers commercially for valve, instrumentation and flow control products. This role is a consultative sales process and will assist customers’ enquiries to find a solution in the sourcing of the correct product. It will involve building a relationship with customers and the creation of quotes and part descriptions for a business unit based in Leicester. Typical customers can range from Industrial end users within the food & beverage, power generation, pharmaceutical, chemical and defence industries as well as distribution partners.The CandidateWe are looking to hear from internal sales professionals with experience in solutions-driven sales in an engineering environment. If you have worked for an engineering company in a technical support or commercial capacity, we would like to hear from you. Full technical training will be given and an engineering qualification although beneficial is not required.The role will be on-site Monday-Friday as part of the technical sales team based in Whetstone.
