The Product Owner will play a vital role in our product development cycle, translating complex technical requirements into actionable development tasks. You will be the bridge between our technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring that our products align with our vision, satisfy customer needs, and adhere to market demands.
Responsibilities:
Take lead of scrum teams as the Product Owner, providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout projects.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our users, their challenges, and how our products can solve their problems.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, feedback, and other inputs to inform product strategy and roadmap.
Create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic goals and market opportunities.
Define user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensure they are clearly understood by the development teams.
Act as a primary liaison between the technical team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, understanding, and alignment on product objectives and deliverables.
Monitor the progress of product development, participate in Scrum meetings, and accept the completion of user stories to ensure they meet predefined criteria.
Measure and report on product performance, and use data-driven insights to suggest improvements or adjustments to product strategy.
Stay abreast of trends in the space industry, SSA technologies, and agile product management to continually enhance our product offerings and development methodologies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or higher is preferred.
Proven work experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in the tech industry, space industry experience is a strong plus.
Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum practices, and the ability to apply them pragmatically.
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.
A strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Knowledge of modern technology stacks and cloud-based systems; familiarity with sensor technology and machine learning is highly desirable.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage competing priorities.
